Our custom form creation and management system has been improved in terms of categorization and usability. Below, we explain the set of changes introduced and how to use them correctly.
From now on, forms will be categorized by type. The type of form will determine how it is configured in bookings according to its functionality. Currently, there are two types of forms available:
This new functionality can be configured in the "Settings > Forms" section, where, when editing or creating a new form, you can select its type from the dropdown menu shown in the following image.
With this new addition of form types, a new section has been enabled in the "Preferences" tab under "Settings > Profile" to configure satisfaction surveys. This allows bookings for specific boats or activities to be preconfigured with the desired forms when they are created.
It is important to note that form configuration differs for boats and activities.
These configurations in the preferences will be reflected in the details of the boats and activities in the following sections.
For both activity and boat bookings, you can add the button that redirects to the satisfaction survey by enabling the following template modification preference.
It is important to clarify that, as these are satisfaction surveys, even if the preference is enabled, they will not appear in the email template until the booking's end date has passed.
